First class and second-class standard platinum rhodium 10 platinum thermocouples (S-type thermocouples) are thermocouples with high accuracy, good physical and chemical properties, excellent oxidation resistance at high temperatures, and good stability and reproducibility of thermoelectric potential in the thermocouple series.
Therefore, as a standard measuring instrument, it is used for temperature value transmission and precision temperature measurement in the temperature range of (419.527-1084.62) ℃.
The electrode diameter of the new standard S-type thermocouple is 0.5-0.015mm, and the measuring points are welded smoothly, upright, and shiny. The length of the thermocouple shall not be less than 1000mm.
Including the metrology certificate of the National Defense Science and Technology Industry First Metrology Testing and Research Center, the technical indicators meet the requirements of current regulations/specifications.
